On August 18, 2023, in Iuka, Mississippi, Novolex/International Converter sponsored a job fair at the Heritage Place Hotel. The event featured representation from seven different companies, and dozens of job applicants attended the four-hour job fair.
Peggy Timbs, the Human Resource Manager, mentioned, "We wanted to do all that we could to make sure our 38 team members were given an opportunity to see the types of careers available in our region. The job fair was open to anyone seeking a career. We thank the companies that participated and we appreciate Heritage Place Hotel for hosting the event."
The job fair saw participation from various companies, including Mississippi Silicon, PSP Industries, G&G Steel, Mississippi Polymers, Cross Industries, Samuel Roll Form Group, and Waterway, Inc.
