Kung Fu Panda 4

In the highly anticipated fourth installment of the beloved "Kung Fu Panda" franchise, Po and friends return with another action-packed adventure that delivers both heart and humor. As Po grapples with new challenges and adversaries, including a formidable new villain voiced by Viola Davis, audiences are treated to stunning animation, exhilarating fight sequences, and poignant character development. The film expertly balances thrilling martial arts action with touching moments of friendship and self-discovery, making it a must-see for fans of all ages. With its vibrant visuals, lovable characters, and inspiring message of perseverance, "Kung Fu Panda 4" solidifies its place as a modern animated classic. This film is worth seeing if only to hear Tenacious D perform their version of "…Baby One More Time!" All in all, I give this three out of four stars! Go check it out!

Migration

I will start off by saying I didn't expect to like this film but man, was I surprised. Migration follows a family of mallards on their first flight South for the winter and all the chaos that brings. The characters struggle with playing it safe or taking chances and learning bravery. The film was charming from start to finish and brought a lot of laughs and feel-good moments. Listen for the voice of "America's Sweetheart", Danny DeVito, and everyone's favorite squeaky voice, Carol Kane. This film is fun for the whole family and totally worth seeing. I give this film 4 stars! Go check it out!

Now for the important part, THE SNACK BAR! The Iuka Drive-In offers several options from salty to sweet but what really impressed me were all the things they offer you can't get by going to a big theater chain. BBQ nachos, hamburgers, Frito pies, pulled pork sandwiches, and of course, what I got tonight, a chili cheese hotdog! Never forget to get their freshly made popcorn that is buttery and salty and perfect in every way. None of that pre-popped stuff here.

This review has been brought to you by your local chubby movie nerd and veteran of the video store, Jared Frazier. I would like to personally thank the Tishomingo County News for allowing me to do what I love. I would also like to thank The Iuka Drive-In for being such a gracious host. I'll see you at the movies.
