Jerry Edward Wadkins, Sr., 74, of Iuka, Mississippi, died Friday, July 8, 2022, at his residence. Mr. Wadkins was a retired owner/operator in the trucking industry. He was a Christian of the Baptist faith and enjoyed fishing and working on automobiles. He loved his family and his dog, Bella. He is survived by his wife, Sherry Wadkins; three sons, Jerry E. Wadkins, Jr. (Sherra), Jeremy Wadkins (Kristy), and Michael McAnally (Halie); two brothers, Jeff Wadkins (Tammie) and John Wadkins (Librista); two sisters, Judy Gail Merrill and Joyce Caughron (David); five grandchildren, Justin Clark, Ashlee Cook, Shelbi Wadkins, Gage Wadkins, and Addy Wadkins; four great-grandchildren, Maddi Bartlett, Lily Cook, Easton Cook, and Nolee Clark; and his dog, Bella. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Antoinette Clark; his parents, Donald and Lou Jean Parsons Wadkins; a sister, Barbara Young; and a brother-in-law, Billy Merrill. Cutshall Funeral Home of Iuka, MS is entrusted with arrangements. Funeral services are scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, July 15, at Cutshall Funeral Home Chapel in Iuka, officiated by Bro. Dwight South and Bro. Chuck Clark. Visitation is scheduled for 6:00 until 9:00 p.m., Thursday, July 14, at Cutshall Funeral Home in Iuka. Honorary pallbearers include Donnie Young, Mark Hunt, Dwight Wadkins, Shawn Merrill, Shane Kennedy, and Daniel Irick.
