Notice is hereby given that on the 25th day of July, 2022, Great River Utility Operating Company, LLC filed with the Mississippi Public Service Commission a notice of intent to change rates in the above referenced matter.  Great River’s filing seeks to establish a state-wide tariff for sewer service applicable to each customer in Great River’ service territory that, if approved, would increase the average bill for residential sewer service to between $28.69 and $53.75, depending upon the applicable rate tier proposed.
Any person desiring to participate in or receive further notice of these proceedings is required under RP 6.121 of the Public Utility Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Mississippi Public Service Commission to file a written petition to Intervene within the time period required therein.
