You have been made Respondents in the suit filed in this Court by the Mary C. Paul, an heir of Elmo Wesley Park, deceased, seeking determination of all unknown heirs of Elmo Wesley Park, deceased. The Unknown Heirs at Law of Elmo Wesley Park, deceased; Unknown Heirs at Law of Laquieta Ann Park, deceased; Mary C. Park; Paula Hutchens; Carol Potts; Hayden Park; Alyssa Park Dexter; Unknown heirs at law of Tommy Park, deceased; Daltrey Park; Wesley Park; and April Park King, are the Respondents than you in this action.
You are summoned to appear and defend against the Petition filed against you in this action at 9:00 A.M. on the 2nd day of August, 2023, in the courtroom of the Tishomingo County Courthouse in Iuka, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered against you for the money or other things demanded in the Petition.
You are required to mail or hand-deliver a copy of a written response to the Petition filed against you in this action to Lisa A. Koon, whose post office address is Post Office Box 1109, and whose street address is 1231 First American Drive, Iuka, MS 38852.
