The Iuka Housing Authority of Iuka, Mississippi will receive bids for “2023 Water Heater Replacement At Project 075-001 Oak Grove & Project 075-003 Hiett Circle “.   Bids from Contractors will be received at the Iuka Housing Authority located at 1629 Whitehouse Road, Iuka, MS, until  2:00 p.m., Tuesday, July 18, 2023, 
at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

You are a party in the petition filed in this Court by Cheryl Marsh, seeking authority to sell real property. The other parties in this action are: Earlene Seymour, Jerry Ray Biggs, Dennis Lee Biggs, Bonnie Lou Underwood, Fred Biggs, Jr., Kelly Bergman, Charles Lee Biggs, Kimberly Collier, Sherry Ann Stachvich, Jesse Biggs, Patrick Biggs, and Tina Stone.

TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE
WHEREAS, on July 19, 2019 Sonja Heavener AKA Sonja Armendariz executed a Trust Deed to John O. Windsor, Trustee for Community Mortgage and Loan, Inc. d/b/a Easy Finance Company, recorded on July 24, 2019 as instrument number 2019002579 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tishomingo County, Mississippi; 
WHEREAS, default having been made in the terms and conditions of said Trust Deed and the entire indebtedness secured thereby having become due and payable in accordance with the terms of said Trust Deed, Community Mortgage and Loan, Inc. d/b/a Easy Finance Company having requested the undersigned Trustee to execute the trust and to sell said land and property in strict compliance with the Trust Deed and the laws of the State of Mississippi for the purpose of raising the sums due thereunder, together with attorney’s fees, Trustee’s fees and expense of sale; and
NOW THEREFORE, I, John O. Windsor, Trustee in the said Trust Deed will on the 11th day of July, 2023, between the legal hours (being between the hours of 11:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.) at the East Main door of the County Courthouse of Tishomingo County, located at Iuka, Mississippi, offer for sale and will sell to the highest bidder for cash, the following described real property located in Tishomingo County, Mississippi to wit:
Part of the Northeast quarter and part of the Southeast quarter of Section 35, Township 2 South, Range 9 East, described as beginning at the Northwest corner of the South half of said quarter section and run thence East with the North boundary line of said South half to a steel stake and the East right-of-way of Highway No. 365; thence run South 11 degrees East with the East right-of way of said Highway 1155 feet to a steel stake for the point of beginning; thence run East 1076.4 feet to a steel stake; thence run South 647 feet to a steel stake; thence West 949.5 feet to a steel stake and the East right-of-way of Highway No. 365; thence run North 11degrees West with the East right of way of said Highway 661 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 15.21 acres more or less.
LESS AND EXCEPT:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35, Township 2 South, Range 9 East, Tishomingo County, Mississippi, described as follows to wit:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the South ½ of the Southeast Quarter of Section 35; thence run South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along said Quarter Section Line a distance of 392.23 feet to the East right of way of Mississippi Highway 365; thence run South 11 degrees 03 minutes 39 seconds East along said right of way a distance of 1130.85 feet to the center of a large ditch at the point of beginning; thence along the center of said ditch by the following chords: South 77 degrees 22 minutes 45 seconds East a distance of 289.47 feet; thence run South 66 degrees 15 minutes 16 seconds East a distance of 180.96 feet; thence departing said ditch run South 12 degrees 11 minutes 57 seconds East (passing a 3/4” pipe at 6.0’) a total distance of 547.17 feet to a 3/4” pipe set in a flagged line and the South line of property described in Deed Book 204 at Page 503; thence run North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 431.75 feet to the East right of way of Mississippi Highway 365; thence run North 11 degrees 07 minutes 46 seconds West along said right of way a distance of 683.79 feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.01 acres, more or less.

Studdard, deceased, in Cause Number CV2023-000133(M), in said Court, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against said Estate to present the same to the Clerk of said Court for probate and registration according to law within ninety (90) days from the date of the first publication of this Notice or they will be forever barred.
