WHEREAS, on January 26, 2007, Stanley W. Hubbard executed a certain deed of trust to Resource Real Estate Services, LLC, Trustee for the benefit of Financial Freedom Senior Funding Corporation, a Subsidiary of IndyMac Bank, F.S.B. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tishomingo County, State of Mississippi in Book 367 at Page 113; and
WHEREAS, LLG MS LLC has heretofore been substituted as Trustee by instrument dated December 22, 2022 and recorded in the aforesaid Chancery Clerk’s Office in Instrument No. 2022004441; and

NOTICE is hereby given to all persons having claims against the Estate of Tommy Jack Ramsey, Deceased, that Letters Testamentary were granted the undersigned as Co-Executors of said estate by the Chancery Court of said county, on the 15th day of February, 2023, and all persons holding claims against said estate are hereby notified to have same probated and registered, according to law, by the Chancery Clerk, within ninety (90) days from the date this notice was first published, which was the 23rd day of February, 2023, and said ninety (90) days will expire on the 24th day of May, 2023, otherwise such claim or claims, not so probated, will be forever barred.
