WHEREAS, on July 28, 1999, Gene Gober and Angelia Gober executed a certain deed of trust to J. R. Garner, Trustee for the benefit of Blazer Mortgage Services, Inc. which deed of trust is of record in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tishomingo County, State of Mississippi in Book 253 at Page 222; and
