The Tishomingo County School District will accept sealed bids for various Apple products until 2:00 P.M. THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2022, in the Superintendent of Education Office Building of the Tishomingo County School District, located at 1620 Paul Edmondson Drive, Iuka, MS 38852. This is a one-year term bid and bid prices will be effective from the date the board awards the bid until November 30, 2023. Bids will be accepted by mail, hand deliver, or electronically at www.tcsdbids.com. The sealed bids for the purchase of the following item(s) will be publicly opened, read aloud and taken under advisement and tabulated by the administration at the time bids are due:

You are not required to respond to this Notice but may do so, to show cause, if any of you can in Cause No 2022-000273, wherein you are a Respondent, why Donna Whalen should not be declared the sole heir-at-law of Ruby Gray Kennedy, deceased, pursuant to Section 91-1-27 of the Mississippi Code, and why such other relief as prayed for should not be granted.  Said response should be sent to John O. SUBSTITUTED TRUSTEE’S NOTICE OF SALE

WHEREAS, Lutisha Jane Ayers executed and delivered to Rosen Harwood, P.A., as Trustee, and Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., as Beneficiary, a Deed of Trust dated January 31, 2017, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Instrument No. 2017000436 in the office of the Chancery Clerk of Tishomingo County, Mississippi; and

FIRE PUMP REPLACEMENT

Notice is hereby given that sealed or electronic bids will be received by the Board

of Supervisors of Tishomingo County, Mississippi, for the removal of the existing Detroit Diesel Engine in the current Fire Suppression System at Tri-State Commerce Park and replacing it with a new Peerless Model 8AEF15A diesel driven fire pump that also includes a new fire pump controller.

Unpriced bid proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 16th, 2022, at the office of the Tishomingo County Chancery Clerk located in the Tishomingo County Courthouse, 1008 Battleground Drive, Iuka, MS 38852, or by electronic bid submission at www.centralbidding.com.
