Jeff Yarber, 64, passed away Friday, June 30, 2023. The funeral service was Tuesday, July 4, 2023, at Ludlam Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Seth Kennedy and Bro. James Rich officiating. Interment is in Burgess Creek Cemetery, Tishomingo, Mississippi.
He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and going to their ballgames. He enjoyed restoring antique cars and collecting them. He loved playing pranks on people and helping people in need. Jeff is remembered as a man of God and helping those in need and broken. He is survived by his wife, Tammy Yarber; son, Dustin Yarber (Johnna); daughter, Misty Glidewell (Jeremy); brothers, Mike Parker and Roger Sappington (Susan); sisters, Kim Miller, Shannon Dorris, and Lori Greenwell; grandchildren, Wyatt Yarber, Maggie Young, Jade Glidewell, Corey Yarber (Paige), and Ryan Yarber (Anna); great-grandchildren, Tate Yarber and Oakley Yarber; A host of nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by son, Jeremy Yarber; father, James Parker; mother, Cleta Yarber (Charles); grandparents, Charles and Cortez Haney. Pallbearers include Benny Parrish, Edric Parrish, Brennon Parrish, Johnny Woodruff, Roger Sappington, Justin Glidewell, Sherrill Humphries, and Bryan Westbrook.
