The city of Iuka was abuzz last week surrounded the grand opening of the Deer Park subdivision. The celebration drew in local residents, business owners, real estate agents, and potential investors from across the Northeast Mississippi region. The highlight of the event was an official ribbon-cutting ceremony conducted by the builders.
Deer Park has undergone a transformation with the introduction of unique contemporary homes, seamlessly blending Southern charm with modern amenities. In an area where new construction in the downtown vicinity has been limited, this new community distinguishes itself right away. Positioned conveniently off Constitution Drive, the neighborhood enjoys a prime location close to downtown, local schools, and just minutes away from Pickwick Lake.
Mary Grodsky (CRYE-LEIKE REALTORS) and Julien Raynard (VËSTA HOMES) led the grand opening, showcasing the various home models available with detailed floor plans and ready-to-build lots. The first completed home, designed in the Jude style, went on the market this week.
