I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the residents of Iuka who came out to vote in the special election for Mayor on May 14th and a particular “Thank You” to all those who were kind enough to place your trust in me to be your next Mayor of the city I love.
I am immensely grateful to the family, friends, and supporters who so generously contributed their time and effort to my campaign to help me garner more than 81% of the vote cast. I am looking forward to working with the city employees and the Board of Alderman to continue moving Iuka forward.
I would also like to thank my opponent, Benny Gray, for a clean race and his years of service to the City of Iuka.
