Dela Mae Cox, age 93 of Iuka, MS passed peacefully on July 5, 2024.
She enjoyed fishing and playing dominoes with her friend Estelle Beaver. She was a Baptist and loved her Lord.
She is survived by her children, Stan Cox (Becky), Beth Brimingham (Mark), Donna Cox and Angie Smith (Roy); grandchildren, Chad Brimingham (Morgan), Alethea Fisher (Frank), David Brown, Mattheau Brown, Michael Brown (Ashley), Daniel Brown (Jenny), Niki Birdsey (Bill), Abby Borden (Kendall) and Hunter Mauldin (Stormy); several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Billy Cox.
Visitation was held Sunday, July 7, 2024, at Ludlam Funeral Home, Iuka, MS beginning at 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Following visitation funeral service will begin at 3:00 p.m. at Ludlam Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Tim Pittman officiating. Interment will be in New Prospects Cemetery, Iuka, MS. Pallbearers include Chad Brimingham, Daniel Brown, Michael Brown, Mattheau Brown, David Brown and Joshua Bullock.
