Michael S. Hendrick moved to Belmont, Mississippi in August of 2023 after living in the Red Bay area for five years. He got his high school diploma after completing the 11th grade at Natchez High School in Natchez, Mississippi and three days later he joined the US Marine Corps to be in the Special Security Forces to protect President Reagan during his administration. During his time serving in the Marines he was injured fast roping out of a helicopter and shattered both legs with 64 breaks and was given an honorable discharge after that.

He then moved to Jackson, Mississippi to go into the sales force. He sold cars, insurance, pools and security systems. He started out as an alarm installer and moved into the sales team after a year. He was made manager and surprisingly, the Director of Operations. He was then nominated as the most upcoming entrepreneur in 2022 by Who's Who and received a plaque for all his many sales and production. He has had articles about him placed in numerous sales and marketing magazines. He built a very efficient and powerful sales force and produced a million dollars in sales every ninety days for 12 years straight.

It all came to an end in 2000 when a car he was driving flipped six times and exploded. The police pronounced him dead at the scene due to part of his brain hanging out of his head. He underwent an operation on his head that lasted 27 hours with surgical residents watching the procedure at the University Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi. After that procedure, he lay in a coma for 8 months and lived at that hospital for three years learning how to walk and talk again. When he was released from the hospital he could not even use a calculator.

So for therapeutic reasons, he went back to building his airplanes again. He has built them for over 40 years for himself and people all over this continent, but he donates a large percentage to the Wounded Warrior Project and St Jude in Memphis, Tennessee. He plans on establishing an ADT Security Office in Red Bay, Alabama to protect and save lives. He was asked to leave the Red Bay area by his wife due to his spending so much money on the airplanes that he loves so much. He has now bought a home in Belmont and he believes that since he is single he can focus his attention on building his ADT Security System company.

He plans on writing a book about his life and experiences before all the sand in his hourglass runs out and to instill in just one person things not to do like some of the mistakes he has made in his past. He also says you can move a mountain anytime you want by just starting with small stones and that you can make any dream come true by simply giving it a due date. Michael turns 50 in October next month and he hopes to keep on keeping on. In all that he has been through he says most people would not have made it. He says he has not completed his mission yet as God has said it was not his time to check out. Michael says that money cannot buy happiness but it just pays for all the other stuff.
