Peggy Annette Bickerstaff Page, 92, of Tishomingo, Mississippi passed away May 28, 2023 at her home. Peggy was a lifelong resident of Tishomingo and active member of Tishomingo Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Peggy was an active member of the Keenagers Group and Grace Bible Women’s Class at Tishomingo Baptist Church. She played basketball for Tishomingo Agricultural High School and was voted most popular of her senior class. Peggy’s love for her school and community has been passed down throughout her family. She worked at Blue Bell for over three decades where she made many lifelong friends. She loved going dancing with her husband Willis and grandkids. She enjoyed gardening, and you could always find her working in her flower beds. She was known for her outgoing personality, smile, charisma, and famous chocolate pies. She was passionate about her faith, and her love for her family was evident to everyone that she met.
Funeral services were Wednesday, May 31st officiated by Dr. Rusty Fair and Bro. J.B. Burns at Tishomingo Baptist Church, 10 Jackson Street Tishomingo. Burial will be in Tishomingo City Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home of Belmont is entrusted with arrangements
She is survived by her son Stanley Page (Terri) and daughter Susan Bonds; grandchildren Dr. Cameron Bonds (Molly), Anna Brooke Wooten (Zach), and Micah Page (Avaline); great-grandchildren Kyler Page and Blaire Bonds; sister-in-law Emogene Page and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband Willis Page; parents Tom and Gladys Bickerstaff; sisters Mary McNatt (Lakeman) and Sis Bickerstaff; son-in-law Jeff Bonds; brothers-in-law Junior and Bobby Ray Page. Pallbearers include Dr. Cameron Bonds, Micah Page, Zach Wooten, Joseph McNatt, Ricky Ford, Kim Dawson, Kirby McRae, and Danny McClung. Honorary pallbearers include Reed McNatt, Royce Howie, Kent McClung, and Danny Blunt.
