BELMONT, MS – Patricia Diane Pruitt, 75, passed away Saturday, August 31, 2024 at NMMC in Iuka, MS.
She was born in Tishomingo County, MS and was a member of the Tishomingo United Methodist Church. She loved to travel, especially to the mountains with her daughter Phyllis and her husband Danny and best friend Dorothy Goddard.
Memorial services were Saturday, September 7, 2 p.m. at Deaton Funeral Home Chapel, Belmont, MS with Bro. Ricky Bishop and Bro. Earl McAnally officiating. Visitation was 12-2 p.m. on Saturday. Burial was in Tishomingo City Cemetery.
Deaton Funeral Home, Belmont, MS was in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her daughter, Phyllis Goddard (Danny); great-grandchildren, Colt Owens and Layla Williamson and their mother, Jessica Owens; sister, Mickie Gatlin Farris (Larry); best friend, Dorothy Goddard; sister-in-law, Joan Hinton and family and other relatives, Grant Gatlin, Drew Gatlin, Sissie Parrish, Cherri Polk and their families.
She was preceded in death by her father, Odis Hunt; her mother, Jeania Rae Parrish Nash; her husband, Ray Pruitt; her grandson, Tyler Goddard and grandparents, Fred and Ottie Parrish.
