The new owners, James and Andy Joiner, father and son spent the past 18 months reconstructing the hotel through their building company, Joiner and Raynard, LLC.
It was a total rebuild, not a refurbishment. All major components of the hotel were replaced. Including all rewiring of electrical, air conditioners, plumbing, the roof, flooring, drywall, and insulation. Every component was replaced.
Andy Joiner is a native, born Mississippian and James is the son of a Florence, Alabama Native.
The Joiners have a long history of construction and real estate development and wished to invest in the rebuilding of Northeast Mississippi.
